Until today, most tools “understand” a meeting.
diio now understands the full story.
We’re introducing Memory: a feature that allows diio not only to respond and help in the current conversation, but also to use the context and evolution of previous conversations within the same process (prospecting, sales, customer success, recruiting, etc.).
What changes in practice?
1) Coaching based on evolution, not a snapshot
Your team’s performance evaluation is no longer based only on “how they did today,” but on:
- which patterns repeat
- what improved compared to previous conversations
- what gaps still remain
- and which concrete actions will have the greatest impact on the next conversation
2) Next actions with real context
“Next steps” or “success predictions” stop being generic because diio considers everything discussed before, not just this conversation:
- previous customer decisions
- repeated objections
- commitments that were fulfilled (or not)
- agreements left pending
- signals of progress or risk over time
3) Less noise, more judgment
In recurring processes, the key is not remembering everything, but remembering what matters to achieve the goal.
That’s Memory: continuity, judgment, and guidance.
We’ll be rolling out this new feature gradually to our users.
If you lead a team, this feels like moving from evaluating isolated meetings to managing trajectories.
If you’d like to see it in action, let’s talk!

diio analyzes your conversations and helps you prioritize, move quickly and make better decisions.
