In-person meetings, too.

In-person meetings, too.

A lot of people ask us the same thing:

“Ok, diio works great for video calls... but what about in-person meetings?”

The short answer: they’re covered too.
The longer (but still simple) answer: you’ve probably been able to use them for a while without realizing it.

At diio, we’ve never thought of conversations as just “Zoom calls.”
We think of real conversations. And many of those still happen face to face.

How it works (roughly speaking)

The logic is deliberately simple. You don't need special hardware or rare flows.

  1. You record the meeting
With any recording app you want.
For example, on iPhone, using Voice Notes. Nothing new here.
  2. You send the audio to diio via WhatsApp
Just like sending a long voice note. No extra steps.
  3. diio asks a couple of questions
Which meeting it belongs to, who was involved, and a few basic details if anything is missing (name, email, etc.).
  4. Assign the voices
You listen to short audio snippets and tell diio who’s who in the conversation.
  5. Ready
In less than a minute, the meeting is processed and available in diio with all its information.
And then what?

Exactly the same as with any other meeting:

  • Key Notes
  • Commitments
  • Suggestions
  • Follow-up
  • Shared context with the team

The difference is only one: The meeting happened in the real world.

What is it for

So you don’t lose context.
So the team has visibility.
So decisions don’t rely only on memory.

Because important conversations happen in many formats.
And all of them deserve the same level of clarity.
