What was said in the room

"They loved it. We're closing this month."
That’s the phrase an executive returns with after a visit. It might be true. But if the meeting was in person, that’s all the rest of the team gets, and that’s what the forecast is built on.
In a video call, there’s always a record. Face-to-face, what was agreed upon at the table lives only in the memory of those who were there. It arrives late, and told by only one person.
How it works (more or less)
- Open the diio app and tap "New in-person meeting."
- Give it a name and add the people in the room so it’s clear who is speaking.
- Tap "Start recording." You can lock your phone; the recording continues.
- When finished, the recording uploads to diio. In "My recordings," it moves from "Recording or uploading" to "Ready."
And then what?
The conversation stays in diio alongside everything else that has happened with that client:
- video calls,
- phone calls,
- WhatsApp messages,
- emails.
It stays right next to the other conversations for that deal, rather than being saved on someone’s phone. This way, you make decisions based on the full history, not just someone’s version of it.
For your next visit
Before you go in, create the meeting in the app and add the attendees. When you leave, tap "Finish." Afterward, open that client in diio and review what changed based on what was said in the room.
